The NHS provides free health care for most people.

The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide.  These include insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, HGV medicals, fitness to travel certificates, lettters for school/college/gym/housing, forms for starting working in childcare, private prescriptions and some vaccination services.  Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are available on request.  Please give us adequate notice as these things have to be fitted around NHS work which is our priority.
